Writing from the perspective of buying for my daughter who has celiac disease. I've yet to try the food myself. The staff member who helped me today was so friendly and helpful sharing her opinions of which options are better. In my relatively short experience looking for GF food, I found this store to have a nice selection of foods for which I have not seen GF options. Great to have this store available and will definitely return.

This is a gluten free haven! They make fresh gluten free croissants (yes, croissants!! and also pain au chocolat!) that are really tasty- but watch out, they're so popular you might want to call to reserve them, I have missed out multiple times for this reason. I've had plenty of great things here - recommend the spanakopita as well as basically any muffin, bagel or cookie they make. Also check them out on instagram because they usually have some limited edition/seasonal items that are rotating. They also have a little store area where you can get frozen to go versions of their items, as well as some harder to find gluten free items from around Ontario.

The fresh baked goods are awesome and the owner and staff are always lovely! They have a wide array of gluten free baked goods, snacks, cooking supplies, and frozen food from local vendors. Celiac paradise! Online ordering is available as well. I feel lucky they’re nearby!

If you have Celiac or a Nut allergy this is THE place to go!! The moment you walk in there are signs explaining how clean the facility is and the measures they take to keep it safe! There are so many options from freshly baked breads and treats to frozen meals!

A heavenly spot for any gluten-free clientele. A wide selection of hard to find items. Delicious fresh baked goods of all kinds. Their mini croissants are better than many gluten croissants I’ve had in the past, a hint of sweetness to them. My celiac wife is particularly happy to have this spot nearby. Welcome to your essential bakery.

They ALWAYS have the best of the best. With amazing, if not better prices, than your online Monster store bought. 👍🏻 Josée the owner is wonderful, hard working and passionate. You will not find a better, more rewarding and delicious business to support. I will go out of my way for Olive bread, zucchini chocolate muffins and vegan eats for my friends. 💞

Oh my gods, their pierogies are fantastic! I've tried multiple times to make proper pierogies while also making them gluten free, and the dough never worked quite right. These ones- cheddar and potato- treated exactly the way they should and the texture was perfect!

I have tried many items here., they are all amazing. Josee and he team are a breathe of sunshine.. they are always coming up with great options so being GF doesn’t feel like we are missing out. The brownies are better than gluten brownies..so gooey rich chocolate .. a must have. I highly recommend trying and getting to know TBE team.

Amazing healthy gluten free bread and pastries. Super friendly owner and staff. They also have vegan bread. Love coming here, everything I tried taste great. Chocolate banana bread is amazing!!! Bought a chicken pot pie today, haven't tried, but they use all organic ingredients to make it!!!
